Attached to the Médica Sur´s code of ethics, to the regulation rules of surgical areas, and following international quality indicators, we guarantee security to all our patients.

We maintain ongoing communication with surgeons in all specialties attending Médica Sur surgical areas, giving attention to your needs and promptly addressing these always with the goal of providing a first class attention. We also train surgical nurses permanently and related administrative personnel.

Central operating rooms: now we count with 17 operating rooms, all equipped with the most modern and safest anesthesia machines, surgical tables from multiple positions and highly specialized surgical instruments. For our patients to use them if necessary, are strategically located within the hospital, so that you can go to them from the emergency department, with the goal of providing timely care, have quick and easy access to all areas of the hospital.

Short Stay Surgery Unit: with chairs, table allowing use of the operating table and then table recovery, avoiding uncomfortable changes and movements of the patient, always caring for his attention with the human touch that characterizes Médica Sur.

The Gynecology and Obstetrics halls, have all the comfort and safety that our patients deserve, in a separate and specialized hospital area that provides a pleasant atmosphere to the event as big as the birth of a new being.

The Gamma Knife radiosurgery unit, has the highest technology for gamma radiosurgery procedures in the hands of a team of Neurosurgery, Neurology, supported the pain clinic, Neuropsychiatry, Neuropsychology and Neurorehabilitation, all procedures conducted with the highest human sense of care and patient care.

In case you need a diagnosis from a cell approach, the Pathology department has specialists 24 hours a day, serving efficiently and committed any situation that might arise.
